Rev. David Dubovich began serving Park Place Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in September 2015.

David went to Point Park University, Pittsburgh, PA and Lexington Theological Seminary, Lexington, KY. He was ordained in Pennsylvania. He attended and received his MDIV from Asbury Theological Seminary, Wilmore, KY. As he joins Park Place, David continues to pursue his doctorate.

He comes to Park Place Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) from the Clinton Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Clinton, MO as Senior Pastor.  He has served at First Christian Church in Bethany, MO as Senior Pastor, White Oak CC, White Oak, KY as Student Pastor, First Christian Church, Republic, PA as Youth Minister, Choir Director and Organist, and First Christian Church, Fairfax, VA. As well as working at the U of KY- Center for Sensor Technology Dept., Lexington, KY, where he as a Research Analyst.

David was active in the North West Area of the Mid-America Region, serving on the Outdoor Ministry Team (camping program) where he was the Director of Chi-Rho Camp, Regional Commission on Ministry Representative in Missouri since 2006, and has helped plan and lead Leadership Retreats in their cluster in the Ozark Lakes Area. His call takes him outside the church walls, where he is active in outreach and community organizations as well as the Local Ministerial Alliance.

His wife is a licensed Methodist minister and who has served a small church outside of Clinton. She also has served as a Hospice Chaplin. They have no children but have been foster parents for many. His wife (Cindy) now serves as a Hospice Chaplain for Reno County Hospice as well as a part-time pastor with Stafford Christian Church, Stafford, Kansas.
